Osstem Implant’s clinical education program, the Master Course, is expanding across key global markets and evolving into an international training platform designed to enhance dentists’ implant treatment capabilities.
The Master Course is a long-term, integrated clinical program consisting of 24 sessions. Going beyond one-time seminars, it systematically connects theoretical lectures, hands-on training, and clinical application, enabling participants to develop implant treatment skills in a structured manner.
The curriculum is structured into three integrated modules—Basic, Surgery and Prosthodontics—covering the full spectrum of implant treatment from diagnosis to restoration. The Basic module addresses patient assessment, treatment planning, imaging diagnostics and implant systems. The Surgery module focuses on surgical planning, drilling protocols, hands-on training and live surgery sessions to strengthen practical clinical skills. The Prosthodontics module covers prosthetic planning, superstructures, provisional and final restorations, as well as maintenance.
Guided by its educational philosophy, “Do Implant Yourself,” the Master Course emphasizes practical, experience-based training that supports dentists in performing implant procedures independently in clinical settings. By integrating theory, hands-on practice, and case-based learning, the program focuses on real-world clinical competence.
Currently, Osstem Implant operates the program through approximately 25 overseas subsidiaries and has expanded its clinical education programs, including short-term courses, to more than 33 countries worldwide. The curriculum is actively delivered in key global markets, including South Korea, China, India, Japan, and Russia.
The company is also strengthening its global clinical education infrastructure. The program is supported by approximately 500 course directors and more than 150 seminar rooms worldwide, delivering high-quality, standardized education through customized content available in six languages.
Osstem Implant also operates its online education platform, OSSTEM TV. A wide range of content—including on-demand lectures, Osstem Meeting sessions and live surgery broadcasts—is accessible via web and mobile, enabling dentists worldwide to access clinical education without time or geographic constraints.
To date, approximately 140,000 dentists worldwide have participated in the company’s clinical education programs, reflecting its expanding global reach in professional training.
An Osstem Implant official stated: “The Master Course is a distinctive education program that supports dentists in performing implant treatments independently in clinical practice. We will continue to expand our global education infrastructure through its global network to support clinicians worldwide.”
