Osstem Implant hosted the Osstem World Meeting 2026 Bangkok in Bangkok, Thailand, from March 27 to 28, presenting the latest clinical strategies and applications in digital implant dentistry. The event brought together approximately 1,200 dental professionals from 40 countries.

The Osstem World Meeting is a global academic symposium organized by Osstem Implant, bringing together dental clinicians worldwide to exchange the latest clinical insights. This year’s meeting focused on current trends in digital dentistry and their practical clinical applications.

Held under the theme “A Decade of Digital Innovation with OneGuide System,” the event marked the 10th anniversary of the company’s digital implant system, OneGuide. The system enables patient-specific procedures by precisely guiding drilling angle and depth during implant placement. The program highlighted digital treatment approaches centered on OneGuide.

The scientific program consisted of four sessions. The first session addressed developments in immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone and guided surgery. The second session covered advanced topics including implant surface characteristics, clinical success factors, and alveolar bone reconstruction.

The third session featured a live surgery in which an edentulous maxilla case was treated using OneGuide, followed by prosthetic connection and intraoral scanning, all shared in real time with participants.

The final session explored future directions in digital implant treatment, including sinus lift procedures and esthetic strategies for full-arch implant rehabilitation.

The hands-on program emphasized practical training. Topics included efficient implant placement using OneGuide and OneCAS, immediate loading protocols based on the 122 Taper KIT, minimally invasive sinus approaches, and digital prosthetic workflows. Participants gained hands-on experience with solutions applicable in clinical practice.

The event was conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation provided in Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, and Thai. The sessions attracted approximately 10,000 online views.

Since its launch in 2008, the Osstem World Meeting has been held in major cities worldwide, serving as a global academic platform for sharing the latest trends in implant dentistry.

An Osstem Implant representative said, “The Bangkok meeting provided an opportunity to share current trends in digital dentistry and their clinical applications. We will continue to expand global academic exchange.”
