The principles taught in AIC Education Programs are applicable for any implant system. However, for the hands-on exercises and live surgery modules, only Hiossen Implant System, kits, etc, will be used.

The number of registrations is limited to ensure maximum learning experience during the hands-on and clinical portions, and registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis,. Full tuition payment must accompany all registration forms. Upon receipt of this registration form and tuition fee, Hiossen will send you written confirmation. Confirming registrants who are unable to attend the course can obtain a refund by notifying Hiossen in writing no later than 30 days prior to the course date. Deadline for 100% refund against cancellation is 30 days before start of the course. 50% refund against cancellation is less than 30 days before start of the course. No refund for cancellation after the course start. Cancellations past that date will be subject to an additional penalty. Hiossen reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 30 days prior to the course date. Please be aware that Hiossen is not responsible for reimbursement of a non-refundable airline ticket or any other travel expenses in the event that a course is canceled.

Hiossen will process refunds to registrants with course or study club cancelled by Hiossen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, refund policies may vary for each course and study club agreement.

Continuing education credits awarded in the United States and Canada for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states, countries or provinces. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of their state, country or province.
