Course Details
Place up to 30 implants in 5 days
Cases can include:
– Single tooth replacement (anterior and posterior)
– Multiple implants (overdenture)
– Extraction and immediate placement
– Basic bone grafting and PRP/PRF
– Basic soft tissue management and grafting
– Crestal approach sinus lifts
– Management of sinus and implant complications
– Guided implant surgery
Advance Cases:
Lateral approach sinus lifts
Ridge/bone splitting and thin ridge management
All-on-four – angled implant placement
After this course:
Clinicians will have developed the skills and confidence to perform basic implant treatments.
Gain knowledge for selecting patients for dental implant treatments.
Clinical Setting:
Dentists will work in pairs (2 dentists : 1 dental chair)
1 Mentor : 4 dentists

Please note:
– The number of implants placed during the 5 days of live surgery depends on the clinical ability of the participating dentist.
– This course is only for Canadian dentists who have previously completed RCDSO-approved implant courses.
– Canadian dentists must provide digital copies of their Dental school diploma and Canadian Dental License. Passports/travel documents must be valid for more than 6 months prior to departure from Canada for the course.
– Non-Canadian passport holders must obtain travel visas to Brazil at their own expense.

Dr. Hugo Nary Filho
Dr. Hugo Nary Filho holds a bachelor’s degree in Odontology from the Universidade de São Paulo (1989), a master’s degree (1994), and a doctorate (1998) in Odontology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He specializes in Bucomaxillofacial Surgery and has extensive experience in oral surgery, implants, osseointegration, and autogenous bone grafting. His work includes notable contributions as a co-author in his field.
Dr. Jessey Minhas
Dr. Minhas, from Prince George, BC, earned his undergraduate degree in molecular biology and pharmacology, followed by a doctorate in dental medicine from the University of British Columbia. His research on cleft palate formation was published in prestigious journals. He emphasizes education and prevention in dental health and recently trained in aesthetic dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
