The posterior maxilla is one of the most common areas where implant treatment becomes challenging due to reduced bone height and sinus pneumatization. The Hiossen CAS kit offers a simplified and minimally invasive approach for crestal sinus elevation, allowing clinicians to manage appropriate posterior maxillary cases with greater confidence and control.
This one-day lecture and hands-on course is designed for clinicians who want to build confidence and predictability with crestal approach sinus elevation using the Hiossen CAS kit. The course will focus on case selection, anatomical risk assessment, step-by-step surgical protocol, complication prevention, and practical clinical tips for safely elevating the sinus membrane through a minimally invasive crestal approach.
The hands-on component will allow participants to become familiar with the CAS kit instrumentation, drilling sequence, stopper system, hydraulic lift technique, graft delivery, and implant placement workflow in a controlled training environment. By the end of the course, clinicians should have a clearer understanding of how to incorporate crestal sinus elevation into everyday implant practice with improved safety, efficiency, and confidence.
By the end of the course, participants will have a structured protocol for incorporating CAS kit sinus lifts into their implant practice and a stronger understanding of how to approach posterior maxillary implant cases safely and efficiently.
