Course Details
Place up to 25 implants in 5 days
Cases can include:
Basic to Intermediate:
– Single tooth replacement (anterior and posterior)
– Multiple implants
– Extractions and immediate placement
– Basic bone grafting
– Basic soft tissue management
– Crestal approach sinus lifts
– Management of implant complications
Advance Cases:
Lateral & indirect approach sinus lifts
Block grafting
Ridge/bone splitting and thin ridge management
Full-Arch angled implant surgery
After this course:
Clinicians will have developed the skills and confidence to perform basic implant treatments.
Gain knowledge for selecting patients for dental implant treatments.
Clinical Setting:
Dentists will work in pairs (2 dentists : 1 dental chair)
1 Mentor : 4 dentists

Please note:
– The number of implants placed during the 5 days of live surgery depends on the clinical ability of the participating dentist and complexity of cases.
– This course is only for Canadian dentists who have previously completed RCDSO-approved implant courses.
– Canadian dentists must provide digital copies of their Dental school diploma and Canadian Dental License. Passports/travel documents must be valid for more than 6 months prior to departure from Canada for the course.
– Canadian passport holders must obtain travel E-visas to Brazil at their own expense (click here for Brazilian E-Visas)

Dr. Hugo Nary Filho
Dr. Hugo Nary Filho holds a bachelor’s degree in Odontology from the Universidade de São Paulo (1989), a master’s degree (1994), and a doctorate (1998) in Odontology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He specializes in Bucomaxillofacial Surgery and has extensive experience in oral surgery, implants, osseointegration, and autogenous bone grafting. His work includes notable contributions as a co-author in his field.
Dr. David Cho
Dr. David Cho, B.Sc., DDS, FICOI, is a surgical-focused dentist in Hastings County, Ontario. He holds a dental degree from CSU, Australia, and advanced training from Kyoto University and Hiossen. Specializing in wisdom teeth extractions, implants, and periodontal surgery, he also serves as a travelling surgical associate. A dedicated professional, he has completed 400+ hours of advanced training and is a Fellow of the ICOI.
