COURSE DESCRIPTION
This Implant course is designed to address one of the most common challenges that we as practitioners have when placing dental Implants in the Maxillary posterior area which is a lack of vertical bone height due to sinus pneumatization.
We will go over different sinus lifting techniques, their indications, and contraindications with a focus on the safety and simplicity of the hydraulic crestal sinus lifting technique using the Cas kit system.
Participants will be able to successfully approach a wide range of sinus lifting cases by understanding case selection with proper pre operative investigation and proceeding with sinus lifting and immediate implant placement choosing the correct implant design for their cases.
