OVERDENTURE SHOWDOWN: GUIDED VS FREEHAND | 2-Day hands-on course
A showdown between two differing yet successful approaches to removable full-arch therapy.
Course overview:
Implants can significantly enhance the quality of life for our patients, especially when coupled with denture-based solutions. Learn how locators and overdenture solutions can vastly improve the retention, stability, and satisfaction of your denture patients. Understand the two main successful surgical approaches to providing this therapy: digitally guided and freehand surgery, and explore the pros and cons of each.
Day 1:
Dr. Mah will emphasize foundational principles of successful surgical techniques in full-arch therapy, leading to a successful freehand outcome. Hands-on exercises with free-hand implant placement on an edentulous model and denture conversion.
Day 2:
Dr. Parchewsky will highlight the digital approach and share his expertise in guided implantology. Hands-on exercises with guided implant placement on an edentulous model and denture conversion.
