Tooth Replacement with Dental Implants in the Posterior Maxilla most often requires subantral augmentation utilizing a Sinus Lift procedure. 

This procedure has been shown to be highly predictable with various forms of grafting materials and bioactive modifiers. The most crucial element of this technique is the atraumatic management of the schniderian membrane without tear or perforation. New techniques and technologies will be highlighted that have been developed to make this procedure much easier to perform with a high rate of success and minimizing the rate of complication. 

The Crestal Approach and Lateral Approach Techniques to the Sinus will be featured step by step understanding the anatomy of the sinus through 3D cone beam imagery will be highlighted as well as proper diagnosis and treatment planning.
