A new paradigm in minimally invasive surgery, based on diagnosis and treatment planning of questionable and hopeless molar teeth will be presented. This course will feature immediate implant placement and present current techniques for immediate management of multirooted teeth in both maxillary and mandibular extraction sites. The EXTENSIVE hands-on component will provide a comprehensive overview of atraumatic molar extraction, alveolar ridge management, immediate molar implant placement and the role of implant design and its influence on initial stability.

- Optimal implant size, design and surgical positioning for primary stability
- Crestal sinus elevation at maxillary extraction sites
- Bone grafting with allograft and PRF/membrane usage
