Today, conscientious clinicians are obtaining predictable results in grafting fresh extraction sockets for ridge preservationby utilizing the newest bone replacement materials and membranes. This course’s emphasis will be on recognizing the clinical indications and understanding the biological principles for GBR. It is intended to build upon existing skills and to allow participants to practice GBR hands-on and to take more challenging cases.
